Antique Sterling Silver Flatware Service Set

Look at this absolutely beautiful Sterling Silver Flatware set. A gorgeous design will make this the centerpieces on every table. 84 pieces of sterling silver, elegant lines that will make any dinner a formal affair.

Released in 1938, the Silverware was manufactured by Manchester Silver. The pattern name is Valenciennes.

Just look a the design. A rose in the center with cut out leafs that remind of fine filigree jewelry work. The outer design is a leaf pattern in an oval shape ending for all the flatware.

This Silverware set was a heirloom in the 3rd generation. Now you can make it yours.

This beautiful flatware service was made by renowned manufacturer Manchester Silver Company in Providence, Rhode Island.
It says Sterling on the back of each piece of this set and there is the logo, a crown on a cross.

The big knifes do have a stainless steel blade. The butter knifes do have Sterling Silver blades. As you can see on the pictures they are made of one piece, just like the forks and spoons.

The complete set that you see here is great shape. The spoons and forks look like new. There is very slight wear on the knifes and the most wear you will see on the butter knifes.

The complete set consists of 12 butter knifes, 24 tea spoons, 12 soup spoons, 12 large forks and 12 small forks. Look at the pictures for details.
As you can see the set comes in a brown box for easy storage. The box has a zipper on each side on the top and buttons in the front for closing. Two handles on either side of the box makes carrying easier.

The service and the case are all in great shape. You can see that they have been taken care of with loving attention to the value of such an heirloom.
