Description

Early 1940s Lux Ships Desk Alarm Clock

This beautiful Lux ships desk clock is the perfect addition to any collection.

An extreme clean design all the way, it has a black face and silver color in the case and base.
The case and base are both all metal. While the case is all polished metal the base is a combination of brushed and polished metal.

The face is a clean black background with white hour numbers. Both minute and hour hand are three tiered. On the 12 o'clock position there is the alarm hour display.

On the back the clock features 2 wind up buttons one for the Alarm and one for the Clock. Both are clearly labeled. The 2 other buttons are for setting the time and alarm, both are labeled as well.

In the lower back there is the engraving for the Lux Clock Mfg. Co. - Waterbury, Conn. USA.

The clock is working well. It only needs to be wound once a week.

All pieces are sold as is to the highest bidder. Buyer pays $10 shipping cost. Only money orders and cashier checks are accepted.
