| Description |
This is a walking cane that has a engraving from 1775.
It says Chat
Jamesen on top of the head. Underneath is the year engraved.
The walking cane is in excellent condition considering its age. The wood has
no major chip or damage.
It is a little bent but still looking smooth and
dignified.
The bottom tip has a brass cap on it that comes off easy. There are just a few minor dents or on the tip either. I just needs a little cleaning to shine again and look beautiful.
The head is the most goreous piece of the cane. Three big flower designs on
the gold filled cap and the edges on top and bottom are etched as well.
The
mentioned engraving is on top. It shows some wear but is still easy visible and
readable.
Underneath the head there is a small hook probably used to hang it
on a coat rack
This walking cane is a great addition to any collection. It will stand out with its elegant simplicity.
All pieces are sold as is to the highest bidder. Buyer pays $7.50 shipping/handling within continental US.
